Bigs in Blue is a mentoring initiative that strengthens relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve. The program pairs youth (Littles) with dedicated law enforcement professionals (Bigs) to foster trust, understanding, and positive connections.

Through partnerships with local police departments across the region, Bigs in Blue helps bridge divides, promote mutual respect, and provide young people with caring mentors who serve as consistent role models both inside and outside their communities.
