The Beyond School Walls program introduces middle school and high school children to the workplace. This cohort-style K-12 program redefines mentoring by offering a sustained educational experience within the corporate environment. Through strategic connections with “Corporate Bigs,” mentees gain insights into corporate life, etiquette, and diverse educational and career pathways. Customized based on company and industry, this program looks to make a meaningful long-term impact over the course of multiple on-site match engagements over the course of a school year.
