SCHOOL-BASED MENTORING

Our School-Based Mentoring program takes place directly at schools, where Bigs meet with Littles in a familiar, structured environment during or after the school day. This program promotes academic achievement, goal setting, and social-emotional development. By being embedded in school settings, it provides consistent, accessible mentoring support that helps Littles stay engaged and thrive.

WORKPLACE-BASED MENTORING

Workplace-Based Mentoring brings Littles into professional environments where they connect with Bigs who serve as mentors through their companies. Through programs like Big For A Day and Beyond School Walls, Littles explore career pathways, gain exposure to workplace culture, and build skills that prepare them for future success—while companies foster community engagement and social impact.
