Tom Feil

The Tom Feil Legacy Fund honors former Board Chairman Tom Feil and his longstanding commitment to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area.

Tom has built a distinguished career at Capital One, where he has been a valued leader since 2000, and currently holds the position of Treasurer. He brought that same leadership and dedication to BBSNCA, serving on its Board of Directors for more than 25 years.

Throughout his tenure here, Tom served as a Board member, Chairman of the Board and a member of the Executive and Fundraising Committees.

Through his time, talent, and generosity, Tom has helped strengthen our mission and create brighter futures for young people across the National Capital Area.

By donating to the Legacy Fund, your gift helps build and sustain financial reserves—protecting our mission today and supporting meaningful one-to-one mentoring relationships for generations to come.

ONE RELATIONSHIP. A LASTING LEGACY.

Every young person deserves someone in their corner—someone who sees their potential, encourages them to dream BIG and shows up when it matters most.

Tom’s leadership and service reflect that same belief: when we invest in young people and the relationships that support them, the impact can last a lifetime.
